HOW TO TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR LIFE ... YOUR HEALTH ...YOUR BEAUTY ... YOUR WORLD!
What if there were a way for you to enjoy better health ... to feel better? Do you remember what it is like to feel attractive, to see a beauty in the mirror? What would it feel like for you to wake up each and every morning with enthusiam, excitement and energy? What would you do to go throughout your days with no headaches, no sinus pressure, no allergies, no aches, no pains? What would it be like to finally succeed at weight loss ... are you beginning to see what's possible?
Here's the bottom line: Most people are unwilling to make any change in their life. And most people wonder why they can't lose weight, why they have migraines, why they have stiff necks and shoulders, why their backs hurt, why they have stomach cramps, why they can't eat the way they used to ... why, why, why???
The answer is the same to every "why" question. And it's simple. It's because there is no change.
No change in what they eat, how they eat, when they eat ... so the weight piles on, the head continues to ache, the muscles stay stiff, the stomach still cramps ... it's a vicious cycle.
And only you can break it.
Once you make that decision, chances are you'll want to do everything at once.
And this is why you'll most likely go back to old habits and return to the old cycle of pain and weight gain.
So take it slow. And NHND helps you do just that.
Mt. Everest wasn't built in a day. You didn't gain all your extra weight in a day. Your body didn't start hurting all in a day. Everything takes time.
So your first exercise is to practice patience. Read an issue of NHND. take an article that applies to you and apply what you've read to your life. Just for one hour.
You can do anything for an hour.
Then, if you succeed, do it for another hour. Then, continue every hour. When you backslide, start applying what you read again ... just for an hour.
Be patient with yourself. For goodness sake, don't beat yourself up when you mess up! It's what humans do. And you, being human, are bound to mess up ... I do it every day!
We've much in common. We both want to feel as good as we did when we were 20 years old. Remember that?
I believe we can all have that again. And it starts with patience.
It continues with your eating correct foods and drinking correct water. It goes back to the basics your great-grandparents knew. Bring them into your life and you'll see, and feel, a dramatic difference.
